A little Self Improvement

As I listen to other conversations around me.  I noticed that we have alot of work to do.  Why is it that people can always see what others are doing wrong, but never stop and notice some of what they're doing isn't so great either?  I've been told plenty of times that I always take or defend the other side, the truth is we do not know the situation or the circumstances of why people do the things they do.

As I was listening to one of my fav segment of the radio station I listen too. The life coach spoke about key points of being a good spouse. Many of us including me thought the key to a successful relationship is communication. However, as mentioned you can communicate all you want, if you're not being heard, or not able to communicate effectively, than what's so good about it.
